Chongqing Agricultural Products (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Agricultural Products Group") is a wholly-owned enterprise directly under Chongqing Supply and Marketing Group. It was established in 2010 with a registered capital of 300 million yuan, total assets of 3 billion yuan, and net assets of 1.3 billion yuan. The Agricultural Products Group has always adhered to a foundation in agriculture and serving agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, and proactively undertakes social responsibilities of benefiting farmers and the people, ensuring supply and stabilizing prices, and serving communities. Its business mainly covers domestic and international trade in bulk commodities, community chain stores, food processing, commercial real estate, modern logistics, and cultural and creative services. It has 13 subsidiaries, including 5 wholly-owned subsidiaries, 4 holding companies, and 4 equity participation companies. Following the overall approach of "staying rooted in the main business, enriching business formats, transforming and upgrading, and innovating for development," the Agricultural Products Group has participated in the construction of more than 90 grassroots supply and marketing cooperatives, opened more than 700 retail stores with a business area of over 120,000 square meters, and operates about 25,000 livelihood products such as fresh agricultural products, pre-packaged foods, and daily consumer goods. It has 2 large processing and distribution centers with a total storage area of 15,000 square meters, equipped with 10,000 square meters of normal-temperature warehouses, 1,500 square meters of high- and low-temperature cold storage, 2,000 square meters of fresh agricultural product processing and distribution, and a 200-square-meter fresh agricultural product inspection and testing laboratory. It has a daily processing and distribution capacity of more than 60 tons of fresh agricultural products and more than 50 tons of food and daily necessities. It has completed the layout and construction of 4 county-level agricultural product wholesale markets with a total construction area of about 200,000 square meters, and 5 planned projects, gradually building a network system of agricultural product wholesale markets in Chongqing. It has built and put into operation 2 e-commerce platforms and 1 micro-business platform, effectively promoting the circulation of agricultural products across the city. At the same time, it has built a 50,000-square-meter Jingyu International Cultural and Creative Park, efficiently promoting the pilot integrated development of diversified industries.
