CITIC Securities Jiangxi Branch

CITIC Securities Company Limited (referred to as "CITIC Securities", A-share code "600030", H-share code "6030") was established in October 1995, listed and traded on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2003, and listed and traded on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in 2011. It is one of the first batch of securities companies listed on both A-share and H-share markets in China. At the end of 2020, CITIC Securities had total assets of RMB 1,053 billion and net assets attributable to the parent company of RMB 181.7 billion. In 2020, it achieved operating revenue of RMB 54.4 billion and net profit attributable to the parent company of RMB 14.9 billion, both ranking among the top in the industry.
In October 2010, CITIC Securities Company Limited established the Nanchang Xianshi 1st Road Business Department in Jiangxi Province, marking CITIC Securities' entry into this red land of Jiangxi. In early 2013, the Jiangxi Branch was officially established. Leveraging CITIC Securities' full-license business system including investment banking, brokerage business, asset management business, financial market business, custody and administration business, international business, and direct investment business, it actively explores channels and introduces different types of clients through product tools of "different varieties and different markets".
Currently, CITIC Securities Company Limited Jiangxi Branch has eight business departments in Nanchang, Ganzhou, Yichun, Jingdezhen, Shangrao, and Jiujiang within Jiangxi Province.
