At the press conference of the "First National Service Industry Public Satisfaction Survey" held at the end of May 2010, Fanya HR was awarded the "Top Ten Model Brands with the Most Industry Credibility in National Human Resources Services".

In August 2011, the Shenzhen Social Insurance Fund Management Bureau and the Municipal Emergency Management Office jointly held the "Shenzhen 2010 Advanced Unit in Work-related Injury Prevention" selection activity. Fanya HR strictly implemented national, provincial, and municipal policies, paid various social insurances including work-related injury insurance for all employees, and achieved a 100% employee participation rate every year.
