Mydear Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Mingliu Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., founded in 1989), is a nationwide listed real estate company, with stock abbreviation "Mydear Group" and stock code: 000667 (SZ). On February 28, 2014, approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, it was officially renamed. This marks the Group's transformation from a traditional real estate developer to an integrated provider of a better life.
Mydear Group currently operates in major and medium-sized cities across China, including Wuhan, Beijing, Shenyang, Chongqing, Xi'an, Kunming, Hefei, Wuhu, Shenzhen, Huizhou, and Dongguan. By the end of 2014, the company's total assets exceeded 20 billion yuan, with land reserves of nearly 10 million square meters. Mydear Real Estate Wuhan Regional Company has been deeply rooted in Wuhan for decades and has gradually expanded into Central China, having developed over 10 million square meters of land. Projects currently under construction include Mydear Yangtze River First Seal, Mydear Plaza, Mydear Xiangyu Huajing, Mydear Mingliu Hui, and Mydear Changfeng Resettlement Housing, totaling over 3 million square meters. Completed and delivered projects include Mydear Mingliu Renhe Tiandi and Phase I of Mydear Mingliu Shijia. Phase II of Mydear Yangtze River First Seal is scheduled to start in August 2018, with a total floor area of 400,000 square meters. Phase I of the Mydear Xintan project is scheduled to start in October 2018, with a total floor area of 2 million square meters.
