Chongqing Yunxin Medical Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2014. It is an internet enterprise focused on the construction and operation of regionalized medical and health service platforms. The current team has more than 150 people, and core teams have been established in three provinces: Chongqing, Sichuan, and Guizhou. It owns platform products and solutions such as Yishitong?, Jiankang Sichuan?, Bashu Kuaiyi?, and Jiankang Guizhou.
After its establishment in 2014, the company introduced investment institutions such as Hainan Haiyao, Humanwell Pharmaceutical, and Hainan Huantai Fund, obtaining 82 million yuan in Series A financing. In 2015, it entered Sichuan and established a joint venture with the Sichuan Health Information Center through the PPP model. In 2017, it expanded into Guizhou and obtained the right to build and operate the Guizhou Provincial Medical and Health Public Service Platform through an agreement with the Guizhou Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission. In 2019, Hainan Yunxin was established, with Hainan Huantai Fund injecting 22 million yuan, to expand the Hainan market.
Through years of rapid development, the company has witnessed various stages of China's public medical and health services, and has developed from an initial SMS appointment registration service into a regionalized public medical and health service platform. Supported by the National Health Information Cloud Platform, the platform gathers regional medical and health resources and provides the public with both online and offline convenient medical and health services as well as internet medical and health services. It is committed to building a networked medical and health service ecosystem and industrial chain covering the entire life cycle of people, the entire medical service process, and the entire range of health products.
Our vision is to be a leading internet plus healthcare open platform. The company is rooted in Chongqing and oriented toward the whole country. It has now built a presence in three southwestern provinces and developed a multi-dimensional medical information aggregation platform. Yunxin Medical has the data advantages of a big data platform as well as the resources of an internet platform, and has accumulated 60 million electronic medical records and 150 million health records, operating appointment sources and internet medical convenience services in three provinces.
At present, the three provinces have 15 million registered users, 200,000 monthly active users, 600 connected hospitals, and 23 operated internet hospitals. It is Chongqing's leading appointment registration and physician multi-site practice platform; it is Sichuan's leading family doctor contracting and internet hospital platform; and it is Guizhou's leading health poverty alleviation platform.
In the next three years, we aim to achieve 50 million registered users, 500,000 monthly active users, 1,500 connected hospitals, and 100 operated internet hospitals. We will establish a unified appointment source pool for Chongqing, Guizhou, and Sichuan and an internet hospital platform linked across the three provinces, and realize access to health records across the three provinces.
