东莞市红杰塑胶五金制品有限公司成立于2012年，位于广东省珠三角之东莞市长安镇，主营：塑胶产品外观、结构设计开发、塑胶模具、注塑、水转印（水批覆）、水贴、丝印、移印、喷油以及水转印新版图案的设计开发、并可提供整厂设备及技术转移服务。工厂占地面积约5000㎡，月产能力600万元/月。现有员工100多人，专业核心技术人员20多人，聘请专业的管理顾问老师。迄今为止工厂拥有多种塑胶模具加工设备:5台CNC,10台火花机,1台Mitutoyo三次元,20台伺服注塑机台、20台机械臂、2台紫外线镭雕机、2条全自动水转印生产线、1间悬挂无尘喷油车间及300米烘烤线、10台移印设备、1个高温面包炉。注塑车间实现全自动化，生产车间内无人作业。水转印车间已基本上实际全自动化。每条生产线只需要8名员工。
