It is a comprehensive real estate enterprise group integrating real estate development, characteristic tourism development, boutique hotel development and operation, asset management, capital operation, property management, and trade. The group has a registered capital of 100 million RMB and total assets exceeding 10 billion RMB, with the legal representative being Mr. Han Nanbao. The group's headquarters is located on the 28th floor of Poly Center in the Pearl River New City, Guangzhou CBD, and it is a young, dynamic, and passionate enterprise. The actual controllers and leadership are young, highly educated, and experienced, possessing professional talents in investment, design, engineering, cost accounting, and marketing, striving to build an excellent enterprise focused on tourism, culture, and real estate.
