岗位职责：
1、产品线的整体技术方案设计、技术选型、概详设计及代码开发工作，解决项目中的重要技术问题；
2、参与产品需求的沟通、讨论和协调，进行项目进度控制、风险控制；
3、对技术把关，负责软件项目需求规格书、概要设计、详细设计、代码等评审；
4、对公司现有的产品、代码、开发框架进行评估，做出可实行的对应的优化方案并推动落实；
5、对行业内新技术进行深度调研，掌握*新技术动态，主导公司内部技术难题攻关，根据业务进展情况进行新技术的研究，保证产品的技术先进性和可靠性，提升系统的稳定性、高性能；
6、制定研发管理制度、工作标准、技术规范及工作流程，持续提升公司内协同及开发效率。
任职要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，5年以上开发经验，有团队管理经验；
2、扎实的JAVA基础，熟练使用SpringMVC、SpringBoot、MyBatis等主流开发框架，熟悉SpringCloud微服务架构及生态组件；
3、熟悉MySQL、Sqlserver、Redis，了解Nosql等数据库，熟悉常用的数据库优化策略；
4、熟悉主流中间件、消息队列、es、nginx等使用；
5、具有较强的自学能力及分析和解决问题的能力，工作认真负责，有较好的团队协作精神；
6、具有较强的业务理解能力，良好的沟通协调能力。
