Guangzhou Weepal Software Joint-stock Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 and listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) in 2016 (stock code: 837619). It is a high-tech enterprise that provides software services (software products, technical support) to all participants in engineering construction and offers informatization management solutions to the industry. The company currently has around 200 employees, with technical development personnel accounting for 70% and those with engineering industry backgrounds accounting for 30%. Driven by the vision of "helping the infrastructure industry achieve intelligent construction," the company upholds the values of "sincere cooperation, enterprising innovation," and is committed to providing informatization support for engineering construction and continuously promoting the application of new digital technologies. Always adhering to independent research and development, all core products of the company enjoy independent intellectual property rights, and the company holds nearly a hundred software copyrights, while also applying for multiple invention patents. The company persists in government-enterprise cooperation in research investment, long-term undertaking scientific research projects from the National Archives Administration, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Transportation, and the Guangdong Provincial Archives Bureau. Development history: In 2002, "Weepal Weepal Software®" was formally established. In 2006, the "Pallas Expressway Construction Project Quality Management System" was first launched on the Guangwu Expressway in Guangdong Province. In 2010, the "gPallas Guangdong Provincial Transportation Engineering Quality Supervision and Management System" was released, and the "Guangdong Provincial Transportation Engineering Quality Data Center" was established. In 2014, in cooperation with the Guangdong Provincial Transportation Archives Center, the "EAMS Electronic Archives Management System for Transportation Construction Projects" was launched. In 2016, it was listed on the NEEQ with stock code: 837610; the same year, the "GQS Highway Engineering Quality Supervision and Management System" was first launched at the Henan Quality Supervision Station. In 2017, it was approved by the Guangdong Provincial Society of Science and Technology to establish the "Guangdong Provincial Academician and Expert (Enterprise) Workstation." In 2018, Weepal Software's Smart Transportation Engineering Construction Platform was included in Guangzhou's "Made in China 2025" industrial development projects and won the third prize for smart construction in Guangzhou. In 2019, in cooperation with Guangzhou Panyu Construction Management Co., Ltd., it established Zhongji (Guangzhou) Information Technology Co., Ltd. In 2020, the pilot project of the "dual-set system" for engineering construction electronic archives passed acceptance—on the Guangzhou North Third Ring Expressway; the same year, the "Engineering Construction Integrated Management Platform" was promoted and applied nationwide. In 2022, it invested in establishing Weepal (Hangzhou) Software Technology Co., Ltd.; the "single-set system" pilot project of the Guangdong Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee Office Electronic Archives Management System, one of the first batch in China, was successfully accepted. In 2023, it established a digital research institute for construction enterprises and jointly built the "National Archives Administration Key Laboratory" with Sun Yat-sen University.
