Chang'an Communication

Chang'an Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chang'an Communication"), established in 2002, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (hereinafter referred to as the "National Internet Emergency Center"). Chang'an Communication takes "mastering core technologies, stabilizing high-end talents, and building a strong research team" as its strategic core. In recent years, it has achieved leapfrog development, with business revenue growing significantly year after year and business scale continuously expanding. It has made outstanding achievements in multiple business areas such as network information security, system operation and maintenance support, and equity investment management. Chang'an Communication has passed the certifications for High-tech Enterprise, Software Enterprise, and ISO9001 Quality Management System; has obtained the Three Certificates, Class A qualifications for classified information system integration/software development, and Class A qualifications for classified information system operation and maintenance; and has received multiple software product registration certificates, computer software copyright certificates, and the title of Tax Credit Class A Enterprise. Approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee, Chang'an Communication has established a postdoctoral research station. The station collaborates with Peking University, Tsinghua University, Beihang University, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, University of Science and Technology Beijing, and the Institute of Information Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, with multiple doctoral researchers engaged in scientific research.
