Fule Technology Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Fule Technology") is a specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative enterprise and a national high-tech enterprise dedicated to "intelligent big data in communication backbone networks". It is a central enterprise ecosystem "national team" with strategic investment from China Electronics Technology Group Corporation. The founding team originated from the Network Security Laboratory of Tsinghua University, focusing on research in high-performance algorithms for communication networks, deep traffic parsing algorithms, and artificial intelligence algorithms and applications over the past 15 years. Through independent research and innovation, they have published a series of pioneering papers in top international academic conferences and journals in computer networks, communications, and security, such as ACM SIGCOMM and IEEE/ACM ToN, and have served national ministries and commissions for over a decade, undertaking dozens of key projects in communication big data intelligence construction, including the National Key R&D Program, the Science and Technology Support Program, and the Information Security Program.

"Fule Technology" has completed independent research and development of the entire chain of products for intelligent communication big data, successfully serving industries such as telecom operators, finance, internet, government affairs, public security, cyberspace administration, and others. On the one hand, it assists in monitoring, warning, and combating increasingly rampant cybercrimes, including various new types of crimes and social security issues such as cyber black-gray industries, cyber pornography, gambling and drugs, cyber fraud, digital currency money laundering, and dark web transactions; on the other hand, it promotes the intelligent empowerment of digital economy industries through data element assetization, including internet, finance, government affairs, education, and other sectors.

Currently, Fule Technology has completed financing of hundreds of millions of yuan from investors including China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, the National SME Development Fund (funded by the Ministry of Finance), Shenzhen State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Baidu Ventures, TusStar, and the Tsinghua Entrepreneur Association, continuously playing an important role in the intelligent construction of Safe China and the empowerment of digital economy development through data elements.
