Guangzhou Suike Construction Management Co., Ltd. (formerly Guangzhou Suike Construction Supervision Office) was established in December 1996 with the approval of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It holds qualifications including Grade A for housing construction engineering supervision, Grade A for municipal public engineering supervision, Grade A for mechanical and electrical installation engineering supervision, Grade A for engineering bidding agency, Grade B for highway engineering supervision, Grade B for government procurement agency, qualification for environmental supervision of construction projects in Guangdong Province, Grade B for engineering cost consulting, Grade B for civil air defense engineering construction supervision, Grade C qualification for engineering consulting units, and qualification for supervision of central government foreign aid projects approved by the Ministry of Commerce.
