Wuhan Hechuang Architectural Engineering Design Co., Ltd. was established in November 2002. It is the first architectural engineering design enterprise in Hubei Province established in accordance with the institutional reform requirements of the Ministry of Construction. It currently holds Grade A architectural engineering, Grade A landscape architecture engineering, Grade B urban and rural planning, and Grade B commercial grain and municipal industry professional qualification certificates issued by the Ministry of Construction, and passed ISO quality management system certification in December 2003. Since its establishment, the company has won the trust of numerous clients with high-quality design and services, and has achieved outstanding performance and market reputation.

Business Scope
Mainly engaged in architectural design for various residential, commercial, office, educational, and industrial park projects, as well as general engineering contracting, project engineering consulting, urban planning, interior, landscape, and municipal design.

Professional Team
The company has strong technical strength, complete staffing of various disciplines, standardized management, and excellent equipment. It currently has nearly 200 employees, including more than 100 middle and senior technical backbones such as National First-Class Registered Architects, First-Class Registered Structural Engineers, Registered Equipment Engineers, and Registered Urban Planners. The company leaders are all energetic and vibrant young and middle-aged technical elites with years of design and management experience in large Grade A design institutions or overseas design firms, including experts who have received special government allowances from the State Council and have made outstanding contributions in Hubei Province.

The projects designed by the company are mainly residential, commercial, office, industrial park, and educational buildings. It has cooperated with many excellent domestic and international design institutions, creating a large number of architectural works with excellent design creativity, advanced concept schemes, profound cultural heritage, and solid quality management, accumulating rich industry experience.
Since its establishment, the company has always adhered to design excellence and technological progress, with multiple designs winning national, provincial, and municipal awards. Over the past decade or so, it has won two Third Prizes for National Excellent Survey and Design issued by the Ministry of Construction, one Double Gold Award for Planning and Architecture in the National Residential Classic Architectural Planning and Design Scheme Competition, six Huacai Silver Awards and five Huacai Bronze Awards for Excellent Design of National Private Engineering Design Enterprises, and over a hundred provincial-level excellent engineering design awards.

Honors and Achievements
The company is currently the Vice President unit of the Private Design Branch of the China Survey and Design Association, the Vice Chairman unit of the Hubei Provincial Survey and Design Association, the Chairman unit of the Private Design Enterprise Branch of the Hubei Provincial Survey and Design Association, and the Executive Director unit of the Wuhan Survey and Design Association. The company has been an excellent member unit of the Hubei Provincial Survey and Design Association since 2007. In November 2008, it was rated as an Integrity Unit in the Wuhan survey and design industry. In 2007, 2011, and 2013, it was awarded the title of "Top Ten Survey and Design Enterprises in Hubei Province" by the provincial government. In March 2010, it won the "Excellent Private Design Enterprise" award in the national survey and design industry. In 2011, it was awarded the title of "Wuhan Credit Enterprise" by the Wuhan Municipal People's Government, and was simultaneously rated as a "National Survey and Design Industry Integrity Unit" by the China Survey and Design Association. In 2013, it was rated as a "Hubei Province Survey and Design Industry Integrity Unit" by the provincial survey and design association.
