The company's shareholder, China New Housing Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Zhongxin Housing Group"), was established in 1984 with the approval of the State Council. It was originally affiliated with the State Bureau of Building Materials Industry. After the separation of government and enterprise, it became a policy-oriented real estate development enterprise directly managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and is now managed by China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. (a Fortune Global 500 enterprise). Its main business is urbanization construction, and it holds a national first-class real estate development qualification, covering fields such as urbanization construction and development, new housing development, national new rural construction, new environmental protection and energy-saving building materials development, transportation infrastructure investment and construction, new energy development and application, wastewater treatment environmental protection technology development, energy-saving investment management; organizing biogas digester construction, as well as technical consulting and technical services related to the above businesses.
The company's shareholder, Hunan Zhanhui (Group) Industrial Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Zhanhui Group), is a large private enterprise group integrating hospitals, schools, hotels, trade, and real estate development. Currently, Zhanhui Group's assets have reached over 1.5 billion yuan, and annual operating income has reached over 1 billion yuan.
