Samsonite entered the Chinese market in 1997 and established Samsonite's *** wholly-owned subsidiary in China. The administrative headquarters of this wholly-owned subsidiary is located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, and its marketing and sales headquarters is located in Shanghai. Samsonite has opened in-store shops or counters in most mid-to-high-end department stores in nearly 70 large and medium-sized cities across China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Chengdu, and Shenyang.
