我校创办于2001年春，2003年春通过昆山市教育局验收合格，2008年11月正式通过苏州市合格学校验收，是一所全日制民办小学。占地面积11530平方米，拥有标准化的教学楼，可供1000人同时就餐的大型餐厅。可开设53个教学班，塑胶操场、微机室、图书室、美术室、音乐室、活动室、多媒体室等硬件设施一应俱全。目前有2500名在校生，150名教职工。小学部开设38个教学班，幼儿部开设15个教学班。
