Xukang Medical·Yikang Gene, founded in 2012, is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to developing and applying single-cell whole-genome amplification and sequencing technologies to provide precision medical testing services in the fields of eugenics and early tumor diagnosis. Currently, Xukang Medical·Yikang Gene includes Shanghai Xukang Medical Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yikang Medical Laboratory Co., Ltd., Suzhou Yikang Medical Laboratory Co., Ltd., and Xukang Medical Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., with offices in Guangzhou and Wuhan.

As a highly intellectual enterprise in the precision medicine industry, Xukang Medical·Yikang Gene has assembled a high-level technical and management team. Among team members, 78% hold a bachelor's degree or above, 34% hold a master's degree or above, and 8% hold a doctorate. Technical leaders include returnees from Harvard University, Vanderbilt University, University of California, Berkeley, and University of Guelph, Canada, while members of the American Academy of Sciences and renowned domestic scientific figures serve as scientific committee advisors. Meanwhile, Xukang Medical·Yikang Gene strictly controls the quality of its products and testing services, having passed ISO9001:2015 and ISO13485:2016 international quality certifications. Yikang Medical Laboratory has obtained the "Medical Institution License" issued by the Shanghai Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission, enabling it to provide nearly a hundred testing services in reproductive genetics, maternal and child health, tumor screening and testing, and life science research to domestic and international medical institutions, research institutes, groups, and individuals. In June 2017, Xukang Medical·Yikang Gene's PGS kit received special approval for innovative medical devices from the CFDA.

Currently, Xukang Medical·Yikang Gene has provided kits and medical testing services to over a hundred large medical institutions in China, including Peking University Third Hospital, Chinese PLA General Hospital (301 Hospital), and the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, as well as world-class research institutes. Its preimplantation genetic screening/diagnosis (PGS/PGD) services can detect over a hundred chromosomal and single-gene genetic disorders, having served more than ten thousand cases cumulatively. The group has established branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, California (USA), and other locations, covering 32 provinces and municipalities directly under the central government, and has successfully expanded to over 20 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, and others. It has established strategic cooperation and validation projects with renowned reproductive medicine centers such as New Hope, MFC, Genetix, Foundation Lab, and CRHG, and through technology export, it promotes efficient, simple, and precise pre- and post-implantation genetic testing technologies, such as NICS non-invasive embryo screening and 9-hour rapid embryo chromosomal testing, to the world, providing personalized complete reproductive genetic solutions for couples struggling with infertility. Together with colleagues in the global reproductive health field, it strives to assist in bringing new life to those in need.
