Changsha Chengtou International Convention and Exhibition Center Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "Exhibition Company") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changsha Chengtou Group. It is responsible for the development and construction of the exhibition composite functional area of approximately 5.73 square kilometers within the high-speed rail new city, bounded by the east of Liuyang River, south of Laodong Road, west of Xiangrong Road, and north of Xiangzhang Road. Among them, the core area of the Convention and Exhibition Center project covers 4,020 mu. At the same time, with the approval of the provincial and municipal governments, Changsha Chengtou International Convention and Exhibition Center Investment and Development Co., Ltd., together with Sanxiang Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Lujiazui (Group) Company, jointly invested to establish Hunan Changsha Convention and Exhibition Center Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "Joint Venture Company"). It is mainly responsible for the primary land consolidation and secondary development of 2,000 mu of land within the scope authorized by the government, with a focus on undertaking the construction, operation and management of the convention and exhibition center venues and related supporting facilities. The Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center project is scheduled to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2016. In order to accelerate venue operations, Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "Operation Management Company") was established and urgently needs elite professionals from the exhibition industry to join and form a management team.
