Changsha Design & Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry (China BlueStar Changsha Chemical Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., referred to as China BlueStar Changsha Chemical), founded in 1978, was a comprehensive scientific research, survey, design, and supervision unit directly under the former Ministry of Chemical Industry.
