岗位职责：
1、参与Web系统的架构设计，实现复用、松耦合等。
2、负责Java核心代码的编写、技术探索，并解决疑难技术问题
3、负责软件复用设计、负责重要微服务或组件库的开发，并逐步建立组件库，并不断完善系统相关的技术接口和规范
4、负责与用户进行沟通，收集用户需求并传递给产品设计人员或研发人员。
5、负责项目在用户生产品环境的部署，生产环境的问题定位并与外部系统进行对接。
任职要求:：
1、5年以上开发经验、2年中大型项目设计经验，熟悉软件开发流程、熟悉使用常用的软件工具
2、熟悉分布式系统的设计与应用、熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、负载均衡等机制和实现
3、精通Java开源界的各种开发框架和原理。如SpingMVC、Spring、mybatis、Jpa、springcloud、solr、activiti
4、深入理解OOP、OOD思想、具有很强的设计分析能力，熟悉常用的设计模式
5、熟练使用相关建模工具、具有设计文档的写作能力
6、精通Tomcat、JBoss等常见的应用服务器，熟悉http,tcp等通讯协议
7、精通redis、mongodb等nosql数据库，熟悉分布式部署原理和解决方案
8、精通JVM，可以针对应用系统，线上进行调优，快速定位问题，并提供重构或解决方案
9、熟悉网络和容器相关技术，熟悉K8S（必备）
10、熟悉数据库和Linux操作系统
