Beijing Industrial Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Industrial Institute) was established in 1961. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a diversified limited company controlled by Zhongguancun Development Group, with Beijing Automotive Group, Tongrentang Group, and Beijing Electronic Control Group as shareholders.
