东风（十堰）发动机减震器有限公司，始建于1979年，是东风汽车公司零部件专业生产企业。公司现有员工398人，其中工程技术人员 46人，中级以上职称41人。占地面积5.5万余平方米，建筑面积4.8万余平方米，固定资产8000余万元，拥有铸造、机加、冲压、焊接等生产设备达300余台套，其中立式加工中心、数控车床等先进的加工设备有30余台套。公司拥有铸造理化试验室、扭振减振器性能试验室，产品性能测试和检测手段完善，可以独立完成发动机减振器的动态、静态性能检测。扭振减振器研究所与东风公司研发中心、工艺研究所长期保持密切的合作，有橡胶、橡胶硅油减振器多年开发的成功经验。经过二十多年的不懈努力，现已形成年产能力橡胶减振器40万套、硅油减振器10万套、支架、托架等汽车底盘零部件80万件、自卸汽车改装1万台的生产能力。
