In 2019, Central Plains Yuzi Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. became the controlling shareholder of Palm Group, and the company's registered address was moved to Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, making it the 80th listed company in Henan Province. Under the strategic guidance of Yuzi Holding Group, Palm Group regards green development as the direction and foundation of high-quality development, and takes the lead in transforming into business areas such as "rural revitalization, green and low-carbon, and new urbanization construction," committed to providing customers with high-quality green urban and rural construction solutions and ecological town projects.
At present, Palm Group, guided by design and characterized by operation, has built a business combination with green urban and rural construction as the main body and ecological towns and innovative business platforms as the two wings through the "one body, two wings" development strategy.
