Dongguan Xinbai Structural Ceramics Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Shenzhen Nanbo Structural Ceramics Co., Ltd.) was established in 1991. It was originally a wholly-owned subsidiary of China South Glass (SG) Group Co., Ltd., and is now a holding company of Shenzhen Sunlord Electronics Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002138). The company currently has total assets of 400 million RMB and its plant is located in Tangxia Town, Dongguan, with an independent industrial park spanning a building area of 81,800 square meters. With 26 years of experience in zirconia ceramic manufacturing, the company possessed advanced and complete professional equipment from powder preparation to product processing at an early stage, making it one of the earliest and largest high-tech enterprises in China dedicated to the research, development, and production of zirconia ceramic materials and products, as well as providing technical solution services. Over the past 26 years, the company has remained focused on the field of zirconia ceramics and has continuously innovated. After restructuring in 2011, it became a Sino-foreign joint venture controlled by Shenzhen Sunlord Electronics Co., Ltd. While leveraging its advantages in traditional structural industrial ceramics, the company has laid out product lines in electronic ceramics and household ceramics, aiming to play a greater role in the material transformation of China's consumer electronics industry and to widely apply the superior properties of zirconia ceramic materials to household and electronic consumer products. Currently, the company has three complete product lines: electronic ceramics, industrial ceramics, and household ceramics. Segmented products include ceramic fingerprint recognition sheets, ceramic mobile phone back panels, smartwatch ceramic accessories, (ferrite and ceramic) magnetic cores, ceramic ball valves, ceramic knives, and other structural ceramic products, covering industries such as mobile phones, smart wearables, petrochemical machinery, electronic materials, bioceramics, and aerospace. The company holds over 50 patent applications for various products and processes, 5 high-tech certified products, and has received multiple awards such as the Shenzhen Science and Technology Progress Award. Its series of products have been listed by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade as recommended products for the EU market.
