With the support and guidance of the Beijing Municipal Committee and Municipal Government, it was jointly initiated by Zhongguancun Management Committee, Haidian District Government, Peking University, and Beijing University of Technology. Beijing Institute of Big Data Research is a big data research institution in China that integrates resources from government, universities, and the market.
