Soucai Human Resources - a New Third Board listed company, with 15 years of experience in traditional HRO human resources outsourcing services, Hebei's leading human resources service provider; Budao Education - 4 years of experience in internet and e-commerce training, covering corporate management, NLP coaching techniques, political commissar system, foreign trade special forces, sales management and other fields. In August 2015, after Soucai and Budao joined forces, leveraging years of industry accumulation and resources, they launched "Happy Walker", a second venture! We are a group of former Alibaba employees with passion and dreams, who have dealt with small and medium-sized enterprises for over a decade and deeply understand their survival and development challenges. As more and more post-85s and post-90s become the main force of enterprises, these young people pursue self-expression, value individual freedom, seek a relaxed and happy working atmosphere, crave respect and recognition, hope for simple and happy interpersonal relationships, and are unwilling to live in an environment of being managed, constrained, controlled, and preached at. In the internet era, facing these young people with increasingly strong individual power, the traditional human resources management model has been forced into a corner, organizational change is imminent, and enterprises urgently need new management ideas and methods, as well as brand-new management tools to support them. Our mission is "to make human resources easy for everyone in the world". Intuitively speaking, this tool is not traditional software, but a humanized application system based on internet thinking, which allows bosses to easily build their own corporate culture, get along harmoniously with young people and move forward hand in hand; it allows young people to feel great, engage in work more happily, and achieve results with more fighting power; it frees HR from being a miserable sandwich cookie, who would be "unable to take care of themselves" once leaving this platform. This tool will effectively establish perfect connections between "people and people", "people and things", and "people and objects", starting from enterprises and serving people. As this is a super-large project (a trillion-level market size), it will effectively help numerous small and medium-sized enterprises and young people work better, with extremely high commercial and social value, but it is also very difficult to realize.
