Shengyi Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shengyi Electronics") was established in 1985, headquartered in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, with a registered capital of 830 million yuan. It was officially listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on February 25, 2021 (stock abbreviation: "Shengyi Electronics", stock code: 688183), making it the first company where a subsidiary of a domestic A-share listed company was separately listed on the A-share market. The company currently has two major production bases: the Dongguan Dongcheng Factory and the Jiangxi Ji'an Factory, covering a total area of approximately 300,000 square meters, with about 5,000 employees.

Since its establishment, Shengyi Electronics has always focused on the research and development, production, and sales of various types of PCBs, positioning itself in the mid-to-high-end application market. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of high-precision, high-density, and high-quality printed circuit boards.
