The company's CTO Yao Jian is a "Chutian Scholar" Distinguished Professor of Hubei Province, holding dual doctoral degrees from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and The Chinese University of Hong Kong. From 2001 to 2012, he successively engaged in computer vision-related research at the Shenzhen Research Institute of City University of Hong Kong, the Swiss IDIAP Research Institute (Dalle Molle Institute for Perceptual Artificial Intelligence), the Institute for the Protection and Security of the Citizen (IPSC) of the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission in Italy, and the Intelligent Bionic Research Center of the Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is an expert in computer vision, machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence, image processing, 3D reconstruction, and other fields, and has long served as a reviewer for core international journals and top international academic conferences in related fields. 90% of the company's R&D personnel are master's and doctoral graduates from well-known domestic and international universities.
