3、熟悉多线程及高性能的设计与性能调优
4、有分布式系统研发经验，对常见中间件如分布式缓存、消息队列、RPC等有使用经验和较深入的理解
5、熟练使用linux操作系统及常用linux命令
6、熟悉docker、k8s容器技术
7、熟悉spring、springboot、springcloud技术
8、思路清晰，有良好的业务理解、系统分析和软件设计能力，有良好的沟通能力和横向推动能力
9、有一定的技术深入和广度、并且思维不局限于技术上
10、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业
