Shenzhen Huanuo Architectural Planning & Design Institute Co., Ltd., referred to as Huanuo Design Institute, was established in March 2013. It was founded in response to the development of China South City Group and invested and established by China South City Group, and is a design institute with independent legal person status.
Since its establishment, our institute has operated under the model of a Grade-A design institute, implementing forward-looking strategy formulation, scientific strategic allocation, and a high degree of resource integration. We strive to build an operation and management structure featuring modern concepts, standardized management, information-based technology, and professional staff, and are a professional-grade design institute for logistics real estate focused on commerce and trade logistics.
Relying on the rich product types of China South City Group, our institute's main business formats cover large-scale commercial complexes, large professional wholesale markets, urban complexes, residential buildings, warehousing and logistics, e-commerce industrial parks, etc. At present, we have completed dozens of projects, including Nanchang Haobainian, Harbin Convention and Exhibition, Qianlong Logistics Ten-Thousand-Mu Plan Project, Hengyang Huayaocheng, Zhoukou Huayaocheng, Xi'an China South City CBD Project, Zhengzhou Qianlong Logistics Project, Xinzheng Residential Project, and Dezhou East Regional No. 1 Trading Plaza, reaching more than 10 million square meters.
