FibroGen, Inc. (referred to as "FibroGen") has been dedicated to the research and development of leading medical technologies since its establishment in 1993, achieving revolutionary milestones in areas such as hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF), prolyl hydroxylase inhibition (PHI), and connective tissue growth factor (CTGF). FibroGen (China) Medical Technology Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "the Company" or "we"), located in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise established by FibroGen in Beijing, dedicated to the development of national Class 1.1 innovative drugs and innovative medical devices.
