Jiangxi Shengwei Auto Parts Co., Ltd., formerly known as Jiangxi Jinxian Dongcheng Industrial Co., Ltd., was founded in 2002. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and sales of auto parts, stamping parts, and high-frequency welded pipes. It is a member of the Jinxian Entrepreneurs Association, a standing council unit of the county CPPCC, and a well-known enterprise strongly supported by the Jinxian County Government. The company covers an area of 200 mu with a modern, technology-oriented, and highly efficient new factory building. It has 3 modern factory buildings, and is fully equipped with a comprehensive building, dormitories, cafeteria, etc. With advantages such as advanced management concepts and high-standard technological strength, the company has obtained TS16949 quality management system certification. Its main products are high-frequency welded steel pipes, ranging from
φ12.7-φ50 round pipes; various rectangular pipes and special-shaped pipes; various cold-formed steel sections with a thickness of 0.5-4mm. Among them, there are also 16 automotive profile production lines with specifications (1.0-5.0). Products are sold to Guizhou, Guangdong, Fujian, Hunan, and other places, and exported to Hong Kong. Within the province, the company has established long-term and stable business relationships with more than a dozen large and medium-sized automobile manufacturers, including Jiangling Group, Changhe Group, Shangrao Bus Factory, Fire Truck Factory, etc. The company actively introduces talent, invests funds in technological transformation, and continuously develops new varieties to meet the needs of customers. Moreover, in June 2012, Dongcheng Company and Jiangling Car Interior Parts Factory formed a strong alliance to establish Jiangxi Shengwei Auto Parts Co., Ltd. At the beginning of the establishment of our new company, 16 cold-rolled steel production lines were added, with an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons and an output value of 110 million yuan. In the next three years, we will increase production capacity to 32,000 tons and output value to 200 million yuan.
