Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine Jinshazhou Hospital is located at No. 1, Lizhuan East Street, Jinshazhou, Baiyun District, Guangzhou. It is a large comprehensive hospital of tertiary first-class scale, approved by Guangzhou Municipal Health Bureau, integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, and preventive healthcare. Our hospital is a supporting project for the construction of the new Jinshazhou District by the municipal government and a key livelihood project for 2010. Relevant departments of the municipal party committee and government have attached great importance to it, and municipal leaders have inspected our hospital multiple times. The hospital is a public welfare, non-profit medical institution. It covers an area of approximately 35,000 square meters, has 1,200 beds, and a total investment of about 1 billion RMB. Located in the core area of the Guangzhou-Foshan metropolitan circle, it serves a population of nearly 700,000 and is the largest poverty-alleviation community in the country and a key area for Guangzhou's affordable housing project. With strong technical strength and comprehensive departments covering all specialties of a tertiary first-class hospital, after completion, Jinshazhou Hospital will not only meet the basic medical needs of the local area but also adopt an approach that combines traditional Chinese and Western medicine, with a focus on highlighting TCM characteristics. It will develop key specialties such as orthopedics, oncology, rehabilitation, and obstetrics and gynecology, and establish a minimally invasive center, an international medical zone, and a community rehabilitation service center.
