Hanrm has gathered a large number of high-quality talents from home and abroad with doctoral, master's, and bachelor's degrees. It has a Zhejiang provincial-level enterprise research institute, an academician guidance station, a Zhejiang high-tech enterprise R&D center, as well as multiple prefabricated green and low-carbon building industry chain enterprises such as Hanrm Business School, Hanrm Prefabricated Building Design Research Institute, Hanrm Smart Medical and Health Enterprise Technology Center, and Hanrm Construction Company. Hanrm has successively led or participated in the compilation of 38 international, national, industrial, local, and group standards, including the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standard "Smart Community Infrastructure - Guidance for Smart Building Information System Construction" (ISO 37173), as well as "Technical Standard for Prefabricated Steel Structure Buildings", "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Infectious Disease Hospital Buildings", "Design Standard for Prefabricated Hospital Buildings", "Technical Standard for Indoor Acoustic Environment of Prefabricated Buildings", and "Technical Standard for Demountable Low-Rise Prefabricated Steel Structure Buildings". Among them, three standards and procedures led by Hanrm, namely "Technical Specification for Modular Emergency Infectious Disease Hospital Buildings", "Technical Standard for Prefabricated Renovation of Interior Decoration in Existing Medical Buildings", and "Technical Specification for Layered Assembly Energy-Dissipation Braced Steel Structures", have generally reached the international advanced level.
