Hunan Qiaokou Construction Co., Ltd. is located at Room 301, Building 2#, Xiangfeng Plaza, No. 96 Wangcheng Avenue, Wangcheng District, Changsha City. The predecessor of the company was "Wangcheng County Qiaokou Town Construction Engineering Company", founded in 1965 as a township collective enterprise. In 2009, through enterprise restructuring, the company was officially renamed "Hunan Qiaokou Construction Co., Ltd.", with registered capital of 140 million yuan. After seven years of effort, it now holds five Grade I qualifications: General Contracting for Building Construction Engineering, General Contracting for Municipal Public Works Construction, Specialized Contracting for Steel Structure Engineering, Specialized Contracting for Building Decoration and Renovation Engineering, and Specialized Contracting for Foundation Engineering; and four Grade II qualifications: General Contracting for Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Construction, Specialized Contracting for Ancient Building Engineering, General Contracting for Highway Engineering Construction, and General Contracting for Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Construction. The company has 1,426 engineering technical personnel and economic management personnel with professional titles, 144 project managers; 40 personnel with senior titles; 345 personnel with intermediate titles; 764 personnel with junior titles; and 1,057 skilled workers.
The group company takes construction as its main business, and under it are 10 subsidiaries including Hunan Zhongqiao Investment (Group) Co., Ltd., Hunan Qiaokou Construction Co., Ltd., Hunan Xiangfeng Labor Service Co., Ltd., Hunan Wangxiang Property Management Co., Ltd., Hunan Zhongqiao Landscaping Engineering Co., Ltd., and Hunan Zhongqiao Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd. It is a comprehensive group integrating construction engineering, environmental protection engineering, greening engineering, investment and wealth management, real estate development, property management, and labor placement.
