Shandong Greenlandquan Holding Group

Shandong Greenlandquan Holding Group is a mixed-ownership enterprise controlled by Greenland Group, a Fortune Global 500 company, with shareholding by the management team and employees. It has now developed into a large enterprise group with real estate development as its main business and diversified comprehensive development, holding multiple qualifications including first-class real estate development, first-class property management, and general contracting for building engineering construction. The group's predecessor was the Jinan Unified Construction Office established by the Jinan Municipal Government on November 20, 1975. After passing through stages such as Jinan Urban Construction Comprehensive Development Company and Jinan Real Estate Development Corporation, it introduced Greenland Group through restructuring on July 31, 2009, registered and established Jinan Greenlandquanjing Real Estate Co., Ltd. on September 8, 2009, and transformed and upgraded to Shandong Greenlandquan Holding Group on September 8, 2016.
