(now renamed as Huizhou Tymphany Acoustics Technology Co., Ltd.), thereby acquiring first-class circuit design, assembly, and various enclosure production capabilities. In 2014, it completed a new round of merger and acquisition with Zosentech, and established a Shenzhen R&D center in the same year. In 2015, Dongguan Tymphany Electroacoustic Technology Co., Ltd. was established. In 2016, Dongguan Dongcheng Tymphany Electroacoustic Technology Co., Ltd. was founded. In 2017, a Czech R&D center was established, and in 2019, a Thailand production base was set up. The Huizhou campus relocated to the Tymphany Smart Audio Technology Industrial Park in 2021.
