Dongguan Xinao Gas Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dongguan Xinao"), established in 2003, is jointly formed by Xinao Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Energy Investment Group. It is responsible for the construction, transmission, distribution, and operation of pipeline gas within Dongguan City, as well as the gas supply and services for residential, industrial, and commercial users.

In line with the municipal government's policy of "one gas network for the city", Dongguan Xinao has made every effort to promote the construction of pipeline networks and gas stations. As of the end of November 2024, it has built 24 gas transmission and distribution stations of various types, with a total of 5,065 kilometers of high, medium, and low-pressure pipelines, covering all areas of Dongguan, basically achieving a single network with "multiple gas sources, interconnected and interoperable". The company's pipeline network currently covers 1.37 million residential gas users and nearly 7,000 industrial and commercial users, and provides safe, environmentally friendly, and clean natural gas to multiple power plants.

At the same time, relying on Xinao Group's ubiquitous energy and digital technology, Dongguan Xinao provides users with multiple energy types such as heat, electricity, and cooling, committed to building a modern energy system that is guided by carbon peak and carbon neutrality, centered on ubiquitous energy, and supported by intelligent digital operations. Currently, it has successfully invested in and operated multiple ubiquitous energy projects, including Haofeng Xinao Ubiquitous Energy Station, Zhongdian Xinao Thermal Power, and Bay Area No. 1 Project in Binhaiwan New Area, leading industrial innovation and contributing to ecological civilization construction.

Over the past decade or more, Dongguan Xinao has supplied nearly 20 billion cubic meters of natural gas, equivalent to reducing standard coal by 24.81 million tons, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 25.15 million tons, sulfur dioxide by 590,000 tons, and nitrogen oxides by 210,000 tons. While contributing to the city's blue skies and clear waters, Dongguan Xinao has also actively carried out social welfare activities such as targeted poverty alleviation,爱心助学 (love-funded education assistance), and volunteer services, with cumulative external donations exceeding 35 million yuan. With its good social contributions and brand image, the company has been awarded honors including National Civilized Unit, National Workers' Pioneer, Guangdong Provincial Advanced Grassroots Party Organization, Demonstration Site for Party Building in "Two New" Organizations, Demonstration Site for "Double Promotion and Double Training" in Non-Public Economic Organizations, Workers' Pioneer, May Day Labor Award, Advanced Collective, Civilized Window, and Integrity Demonstration Enterprise.
