Development History:
2008: Shenzhen VHD Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established.
2009-2011: VHD independently developed video conferencing cameras and box cameras and launched them on the market.
2012-2014: Awarded the title of National High-tech Enterprise and passed ISO9001 Quality Management System certification. The industry's first ultra-wide-angle video conferencing camera was launched.
2015-2017: Officially renamed Shenzhen VHD Technology Co., Ltd. and listed on the New Third Board (Stock Code: 871053). Passed Environmental Management System certification and Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification, was rated as a AAA Credit Enterprise, and won the Top Ten National Video Conferencing Brands. The world's first H.265-encoded video conferencing camera was launched. During the same period, the product lines of USB cameras, video conferencing endpoints and IP video conferencing cameras were improved, and broadcast-grade camera remote control pan-tilt products were successfully developed.
2018-2021: Established intelligent production management and MES quality traceability systems, and passed information security and enterprise compliance certifications. Became a participant in the Guangdong Province Ultra-HD Smart Video Surveillance Terminal Engineering Technology Research Center for the formulation of smart conference industry standards, and won the "Top Ten Most Influential Brands" in the digital audiovisual industry and the "Top Ten Outstanding Brands in Video Conferencing". Professional conference microphones and local non-inductive amplification products were launched.
2022: Successfully developed a professional-grade 4K 60FPS AI pan-tilt camera. Passed the 2021 Guangdong Province Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative SME certification. Successfully listed on the Shenzhen ChiNext Board (Stock Code: 301318)
