The company currently has more than 600 employees and mainly deals in comprehensive medicines. On October 30, 2010, it passed the national GSP certification and acceptance. Both the registered and paid-in capital are RMB 5 million.
Starting from the first store, under the leadership of the founder and general manager Mr. Lin Ronggui, and with the joint efforts of all, the company has continuously expanded its scale. It now has more than 100 stores under its umbrella, covering Guangzhou, Zhaoqing, Dongguan, and Foshan. The scale and number of stores have been steadily increasing each year. In October 2019, the company acquired Foshan Xiangtai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and in November 2019, established Guangzhou Renshen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., providing all-round empowerment for small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises and single pharmacies in areas such as operations, talent cultivation, and drug wholesale, helping them break through adversities and further enhancing the overall brand strength of Renshen Pharmaceutical's integrated wholesale and retail system.
