Xinchang Machinery is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise dedicated to the sales and after-sales service of the world brand Caterpillar (CAT) construction machinery, acting as an agent for Caterpillar (CAT) products in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Xinjiang, and Hong Kong and Macao regions. Xinchang Machinery is headquartered in Hong Kong, covering an area of 16,751 square meters, with a parts warehouse stocking more than 30,000 types of spare parts; the maintenance workshop is fully equipped with Caterpillar testing and repair tools, and has a team of professional product engineers and maintenance engineers trained and authorized by Caterpillar. Xinchang Machinery is fully responsible for the sales, service, and spare parts supply of CAT products in the designated regions, and assists in providing various value-added services such as financial leasing. The products provided include road construction machinery, engineering construction machinery, mining machinery, quarrying machinery, landfill equipment, as well as engines, generator sets, and uninterruptible power supply solutions, covering more than 20 series and over 300 types of Caterpillar (CAT) products; the business involves various fields such as transportation construction, material handling, building construction, sanitation construction, mining, water conservancy, electric power, navigation, shipbuilding, and the petroleum industry.
