宁波和谐节能公司成立于2007年3月，位于镇海区庄市街道中官西路777号，一直致力于钢铁、化工行业的节能和能源综合服务。是宁波市节能产业龙头企业，宁波市先进节能技术一类企业；2011年成为宁波市*批国家发改委和财政部备案合同能源管理公司；2014年获国际节能环保展会先进技术奖；浙江省工商局认定A级守合同重信用企业。
目前拥有授权发明专利2项，实用新型专利6项，受理发明专利8项。和谐公司成立以来累计实施节能工程100多项，累计为企业实现年节能40多万吨标准煤。
