Kaiyue Group, formerly Ningbo Kaiyue International Trade Co., Ltd., was founded in late 2003. Today, Kaiyue Group comprises over eighty business divisions and subsidiaries engaged in export trade and cross-border e-commerce. The group is headquartered in Ningbo and Yiwu (dual headquarters), with six operating centers in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Guangzhou, and Shantou. Our regional strategy is to become a regional leader. The group has twelve domestic branches in Ningbo's Jiangbei District, Southern Business District, Cixi, Qingdao, Nanjing, Xiamen, Quanzhou, Jinjiang, Zhongshan, Dongguan, Yongkang, and Lu'an, as well as seven factories in Ningbo, Cixi, Yiwu, Anhui, Vietnam, and Cambodia. Additionally, the group has branch offices responsible for procurement and sales in regions such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta, Manila, Izmir, Mumbai, Paris, London, Moscow, Mexico City, Panama City, Warsaw, Lagos, São Paulo, and Abidjan. Internally, we refer to this as the "buy-sell dual-track" business. Kaiyue Group aspires to become a full-category supply chain management company that takes Chinese goods global, providing global customers with Chinese products and services of ultimate cost-effectiveness!

Currently, the group has developed into one of the largest self-operated export scale and employee count group companies in Zhejiang Province. In the past 2024, the group completed exports of $2 billion, shipping 107,800 TEUs throughout the year, breaking the 100,000 TEU mark for the first time. In 2025, total exports are expected to reach $2.6 billion, with total office and warehouse space exceeding 300,000 square meters.

Helping Western clients manage product procurement in Asia has always been the group's core business. Our clients include large retail clients, world-renowned brand clients, and Fortune Global 500 enterprise clients, as well as overseas small and medium-sized retailers, brand owners, importers, overseas e-commerce companies, social media influencers, and live-stream sellers on TikTok, to whom we provide fragmented and flexible procurement services. Over the past twenty-two years, the group has maintained good cooperative relationships with over 10,000 overseas clients in more than 200 countries and regions, helping clients with digital transformation, market research, data analysis, product development and design, procurement services and management, packaging design, product inspection and quality control, international logistics coordination, procurement agency financing, after-sales, and a series of value-added services with ultimate cost-effectiveness. In 2022, we began concentrating resources on digital transformation of our business, vigorously developing cross-border e-commerce, and positioning this direction as the group's strategic development focus for the next decade! We hope to continuously increase the share of direct retail and direct corporate procurement in the group's business!

In the future, we plan to achieve within three years, i.e., by 2028, a total headcount of over 10,000 in export trade and cross-border e-commerce, with annual self-operated export and cross-border e-commerce business scale exceeding $7 billion.
