Chongqing Hanhai Marine Life Science Popularization Co., Ltd.

Hanhai Ocean World Group is a wholly-owned subsidiary registered in Singapore by Yaotai Investment Group, specializing in the development and operation of leisure tourism. It is a pioneer and major player in the aquarium industry in mainland China and Australia.
It has completed investment and construction of three overseas ocean worlds: Mooloolaba Aquarium located on the Sunshine Coast of Australia, Melbourne Aquarium, and Qinhuangdao New Australian Undersea World in China. In China, it has invested in and directly operates four projects: Beijing Hanhai Pacific Undersea World, Nanjing Hanhai Polar Ocean World, Hefei Hanhai Polar Ocean World, and Chongqing Hanhai Marine Life Science Popularization Co., Ltd.
Chongqing Hanhai Marine Life Science Popularization Co., Ltd. is a large marine theme park newly built with investment and holding by Singapore Hanhai Group. The project is located at No. 133 Jialong Road, Longzhouwan, Banan District, Chongqing (next to Banan Wanda Plaza), adjacent to Xuetangwan Station of Light Rail Line 3, with a total investment of approximately 1 billion yuan and an area of about 310 mu. As a large ocean park in Southwest China, the project is divided into three parts: Ocean Park, Water Park, and Adventure Park. The Ocean Park has four major theme pavilions: Tropical Rainforest Pavilion, Ocean Life Pavilion, Polar Animal Pavilion, and Animal Performance Pavilion. The project started construction in October 2015 and opened to the public in May 2017; the Water Park project started construction in June 2016 and was completed and opened to the public in July 2017.
