浦项奥斯特姆（武汉）汽车配件有限公司是由韩国株式会社奥斯特姆Austem?(出资87%)、浦项（中国）投资有限公司（出资5%）及浦项（芜湖）汽车配件制造有限公司（出资8%）三方共同出资建立，注册资本金1000万美元，一期总投资2500万美元。公司位于武汉市洪山区青菱都市工业园上汽通用工业内,于2015年11月注册成立。
公司总占地面积为75100平方米（112.6亩），一期工厂总建筑面积为18000平方米，随着一期工厂的建成，将为实现2017年3月上海通用武汉工厂D2UC项目底盘件量产提供保障。
