Shanghai Yuanfang Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Yuanfang") was established in 1994 with a registered capital of 35.26 million yuan. Shanghai Yuanfang is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed company Zhonghua Rock (stock code 002542) and a high-tech enterprise in Shanghai.

Shanghai Yuanfang holds the Grade I qualification for professional contracting of foundation and foundation engineering and the qualification for foreign contracted projects. It is mainly engaged in deep foundation pit support and construction centered on diaphragm wall and pile foundation projects, covering fields such as housing construction, rail transit, ports and wharves, tunnel engineering, and water conservancy and hydropower. The company's domestic business is mainly distributed in the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Central China, Bohai Rim, and Nanning, Kunming and other regions, while overseas business is mainly distributed in Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East and other regions.

After 20 years of vigorous development, the company has accumulated rich experience in diaphragm wall construction and management and holds multiple invention independent intellectual property rights. Shanghai Yuanfang has a total of more than 500 management personnel and technical workers, including over 20 with doctoral or master's degrees, among whom there are over 100 senior and intermediate technical personnel of various types; over 100 project managers and middle-level management personnel; and over 200 intermediate and senior technical workers. Most members of the management team have been in the industry for over 15 years, possessing strong practical experience and relatively rich theoretical knowledge.

The company has advanced machinery and equipment with complete professional configurations. The original value of machinery and equipment assets is nearly 400 million yuan. It owns 3 imported double-wheel milling machines, 25 diaphragm wall trench cutters, 1 TRD method machine for equal-thickness cement-soil walls, 8 large cranes of 50-150t, 6 large rotary drilling rigs, 4 sets of three-axis mixing pile machines, 20 sets of engineering drilling rigs, and relevant equipment for foundation treatment.
