Shanghai Dimiantong Information Network Joint-stock Co., Ltd. was established in March 2004. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in technical services such as enterprise server hosting, internet data access, elastic cloud computing, and telecommunications data services. It owns a wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Wangchao Communication Equipment Co., Ltd., which mainly handles agency business for the three major telecommunications operators. Based on market demand, the company has built a high-standard self-owned data center and is one of the 11 enterprises (excluding first-tier operators) authorized by the Communications Administration with特许 cloud computing qualifications. Its various communication businesses have been widely recognized by customers and the industry. During the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, the performance advantages highlighted by the company's 'Triple Play' technology stood out among numerous network operators, leading to its selection as the 'Exclusive Network Operator for the United Nations Pavilion at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo'. On May 9, 2013, upon the approval of the Party Working Committee (Community) of Tianmu West Street, Zhabei District, Shanghai, the establishment of the Party branch committee of Shanghai Dimiantong Information Network Co., Ltd. was approved. From then on, Shanghai Dimiantong Information Network Joint-stock Co., Ltd. established its grassroots Party organization—the Party branch. In February 2017, Dimiantong was successfully listed on the New Third Board.
