Dongfeng Hongtai Wuhan Jieneng Automobile Modification Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dongfeng Hongtai Jieneng Company") is a high-tech enterprise jointly invested and established by Dongfeng Hongtai Holding Group Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Xiangsheng International Holding Co., Ltd., and Wuhan Yideli Energy Co., Ltd. It was founded on July 20, 2001, with its headquarters located in Wuhan, Hubei. It is a comprehensive enterprise integrating passenger vehicle CNG/LPG dual-fuel modification, commercial vehicle modification, automotive plastic parts production, automotive personalized modification (PDI), and hybrid hub motor modification.

Five Major Business Segments
Passenger Vehicle CNG/LPG Dual-Fuel Modification Factory. The CNG/LPG dual-fuel modification factory is a production base for vehicle CNG/LPG dual-fuel modification, currently possessing an annual production capacity of 100,000 units of vehicle CNG/LPG dual-fuel modification. It is the designated offline modification base for Dongfeng Peugeot Citroën Automobile Company and Dongfeng Passenger Vehicle Company, with technology at the leading level nationwide, featuring high efficiency, economy, and environmental protection with excellent performance.
Commercial Vehicle Modification Factory. With advanced equipment and process technology and multi-variety flexible production capacity, the factory integrates specialized vehicle product design and development, manufacturing, sales, and service. Committed to developing in both "specialization" and "refinement," it manufactures specialized vehicles with high technical content, high added value, and high reliability for customers. Current main products include combined sewer jetting trucks, sewage suction trucks, cleaning trucks, suction-pressure tank trucks, garbage trucks (swing-arm garbage trucks, detachable container garbage trucks), sprinkler trucks, fecal suction trucks, sludge dump trucks, etc.
Plastic Parts Production Factory. The plastic parts factory has synchronous development capability with passenger vehicle OEMs; production area of 3,276 square meters, warehousing and logistics area of 3,000 square meters, and office area of 640 square meters; 13 production equipment units (EH200, HT250, HT300, HT360, EH30, HT450J, HT450B, HT630, LS550-1, LS550-2, JM1000, HT1000, E1800), with an annual production capacity of 1,500 tons; 37 sets of production auxiliary equipment. Main products include seat inner and outer guards for models such as Peugeot 3008 and Elysee, high and low configuration air ducts for Peugeot 408, tailgate sill guards, automotive bumper skeletons, and more than 150 products; meanwhile, more than 10 products such as X7RR front bumper brackets are under synchronous development.
Automotive Personalized Modification (PDI) Factory. The automotive personalized modification (PDI) factory is a specialized automotive modification factory providing pre-sales personalized modification (PDI) for Dongfeng Peugeot Citroën Automobile Company and Dongfeng Passenger Vehicle Company. Modification items include interior trim chrome plating, painting (such as air conditioning vents, door armrests, etc.), exterior trim decoration (such as intake grilles, fog light areas, etc.), integrated interior trim (such as seat wrapping, door armrest wrapping, etc.), functional decorative parts (such as electric tailgate, door welcome lights, etc.). Among them, the intelligent instrument system independently developed by the company with independent intellectual property rights and leading domestic technical standards has been put into use in mid-to-high-end models of Dongfeng Peugeot Citroën Automobile Company. Currently modified models in production include Citroën C4-Picasso Fashion (5-seat and 7-seat versions), Dongfeng Peugeot 508 roof color change painting, Dongfeng Peugeot 3008 reversing radar installation, Dongfeng Peugeot 2008 exterior body kit modification, Dongfeng Citroën C3XR exterior body kit modification, Dongfeng Citroën C4-Quatre modification, Dongfeng Peugeot new 308 modification, etc.
Hybrid Hub Motor Modification Project. The hybrid hub motor modification project is a project in which our company, through the introduction of advanced foreign technology in recent years and bold independent innovation, installs an electric hybrid system without changing the rear axle and braking structure of the vehicle. By embedding two motors in the rear axle hubs, the ordinary internal combustion engine drive is transformed into a hybrid drive. The core components adopt a highly integrated approach, and by changing the mounting brackets, they can be conveniently installed on various vehicle models, making it suitable for both aftermarket installation and front market development and matching. Vehicles modified with hybrid hub motors can maximize the quantification of advantages into fuel consumption reduction (25%-30%), and can achieve over 35% in traffic congestion and complex road conditions.

Technical Strength
The company has established a complete quality management system and has built a comprehensive after-sales service network in major regions of Dongfeng Peugeot Citroën Automobile Company and Dongfeng Passenger Vehicle Company. It has passed ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949:2009 quality system certifications, and GB/T28001:2007 occupational safety and health management system certification, becoming a benchmark enterprise in the industry. It has won the "Excellent Modification Service Award" from Dongfeng Peugeot Citroën Automobile Company and Dongfeng Passenger Vehicle Company for many consecutive years. In October 2014, the company passed the high-tech enterprise certification of Hubei Province and is the only high-tech enterprise in Hubei Province with LPG/gasoline and CNG/gasoline dual-fuel vehicle modification qualifications.
