Hubei Tailong Internet Communication Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise approved by the national communications regulatory authority, holding a license to professionally engage in the construction and operation of communication customer premises network. Founded in 2006, the company focuses on fiber-to-the-home multi-network convergence projects and is the first enterprise in China to invent and practice multi-network convergence technology, creating the renowned "Tailong Model" in the industry. In response to the Wuhan Municipal Government's document on promoting fiber-to-the-home construction in Wuhan, through investment promotion by Wuhan East Lake Development Zone, Hubei Tailong Communication Co., Ltd. was registered and established in Wuhan East Lake Development Zone in September 2006. Tailong Communication is one of China's first third-party premises network enterprises, a pilot enterprise for broadband access network business, and an Internet Service Provider (ISP), possessing a leading domestic third-party triple-play service platform based on FTTH network and a smart community multi-network convergence integrated service platform. Tailong Communication is professionally committed to investing in, constructing, and operating fiber-to-the-home triple-play projects and smart community projects. The fiber-to-the-home network constructed by the company features "open and shared network, equal access for operators, direct reach of operator services, and free choice for users." This third-party premises network model was first proposed nationwide by Tailong Communication in 2002 and has been praised by the industry and media as the "Tailong Model."
