Shanghai Xingzhou Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xingzhou Technology) was established in 2000. It is a new-type company integrating high-tech, modern production, and distribution and agency. It is one of the earliest professional companies in China engaged in the design, construction, and service of intelligent buildings (including buildings and residential communities), as well as a high-tech company for the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of various data network projects. It also undertakes the planning, implementation, and execution of smart city projects. The intelligent design scheme for Xiangxieli Garden, developed by Xingzhou Technology, was awarded the National Residential Design and Intelligent Community Comprehensive Gold Award at the 2000 'Innovation Storm' competition held by the Ministry of Construction. Xingzhou Technology utilizes network technology to develop advanced intelligent systems for Shanghai residential communities and high-end villa residences. Under the leadership of the board of directors, Xingzhou Technology has established departments including finance, business, design, engineering, procurement, and after-sales service. Among them, the design department is composed of several design engineers and network engineers, responsible for consolidating opinions from various specialties, optimizing designs, and resolving issues during the design phase as much as possible; the engineering department is composed of engineering management personnel and construction teams, who enter the site to begin work from the construction of the foundation slab, strictly adhering to the specifications for weak-current engineering; the after-sales service department is composed of on-site commissioning and maintenance personnel, who enter the site at the start of installation, conducting phased and region-based commissioning, and finally performing overall network commissioning. All projects undertaken by Shanghai Xingzhou Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Dexinjia Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. are provided with after-sales service by the maintenance department of Shanghai Xingzhou Information Technology Co., Ltd. The company has established a business department in Nanchang, Jiangxi for many years. Due to the gradual expansion of the company, it is necessary to establish a branch office locally in Jiangxi, setting up a non-independently accounted branch.
